To whom it may concern,In reference to the ***' refund check, their Final Account Statement was mailed to the Residents current address and also a copy forwarded to our Corporate office for the Refund Check to be issued on August 10, The charges for the unit are correct We did a walk through shortly after she vacated the apartment and found that her carpet needed a Pet Treatment which is standard charge for residents who own pets (we did not charge her the$Pet Treatment) her carpet also needed a standard clean which the resident did not provide a receipt for the carpet cleaning therefore we pay for our Vendor to clean and then charge the resident. The toilet was not clean upon move out, we require the apartments to be left in the same clean condition as they moved in with, this is stated in their lease agreement and the are provided a Move In Condition Form on the day they move in and have hours to notate any discrepancies they find intheir apartment when they move in All charges are correct.We assumed Ms*** received her $refund until we received this letterUpon investigating we found that there was a glitch in the system that has been rectified and a new check was cut, it will be mailed out today to the forwarding address given.Sincerely, ***
