Review: Taking over 7 months to repair transmission and still car is not shifting proper

2000 ford taurus transmission slip and improper shifting. Dec 2012 alz auto just finished an engine swap out and did a great job.So I decided to have the trans repaired by Alz auto. Al est 1000.00 to have trans rebuilt. so a month goes by car not finished. very hard to get in touch with Al finally in middle of Feb I got a text that car was complete. So I went payed $1000.00 and got my car. As soon as I drove off the car did not shift right and I thought it could of been because the trans was just rebuilt that it just needed to be driven some to break it in. Didnt have the car no long than a week and the trans would not go into drive,made loud noise. The next day I called Al he told me to bring it back (under warranty) so I did so. Time goes by no word, so I send a text on april 11 2013. he replyed saying the trans had messed up on him again and he changed the trans and going to send it back to his trans guy. May 18th 2013 I text him again, "any luck with car". I didnt receive text from Al til may 14 2013" stating" sorry bro but I need 800$ to finish the car". I wasnt about to give al another cent cause the repair is under warranty. So july 1st 2013 comes around and at this time I was getting upset so I text him did he find a solution to fix my car. and al replyed I just got trans but it wont be done this week. so with the delay al said he would smog it. july 20 2013 I get a text stating I should get my car by the very next mon or tues. July 24 2013 I get text from al and says he couldnt get monitors to clear if I wanted to pick it up and drive it for a couple of days to if I can get monitors to clear to pass smog test. so I went and picked up my car and drove off his lot. As soon as I drove on to the street the trans did not shift right. and then a transmission light came on dash. I was really tick. the trans would not shift to over drive, I had enough. I decided to take my car to [redacted] trans in tracy (XXX)XXX-XXXX and drop it off july 30 2013. got a phone call from [redacted] trans stating the the trans rebuild from alz was incomplete and needed new bushings and needed some other parts replace, the est $1800-$2300. Desired Settlement: alz can pay bill from [redacted] trans or pay me $3500.00 that would cover all my expenses with the this trans problem.
