Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Unlike their comment about "somehow there was no request to speak to upper management", I did request at least times to speak to the appropriate person who could take actionThe receptionist of the day (it was different each time) assured me that the message had been sent and they would contact meNo one ever did
I am pleased that I happened to be lucky and actually got George on the phone when I called them one last time to make a connectionI am pleased that he seemed willing to get it taken care ofHowever he was also willing to have it taken care of last November and nothing happened, so I'm not sure yet if it will happen when I get home in two weeks or notI trusted his word the first time but now I am more cautiousI will consider this situation resolved when the leaks are sealed and the NE downspout is carrying water away from the front door so that I don't have this hazardous ice situation again each year
I appreciate Georges clear communication and his initial quick response to my first callMy problem seems to be more with the company's lack of follow-through: my messages either never reached upper management or the appropriate person never responded
I am very much hoping that once I am home again in two weeks, that George will most likely get the repair done and resolve the situationThis may have been just a "falling through the cracks" of a schedule that was too busyIts a little hard for me to think that could have happened times but I'm willing to see it that way, as long as the repair happens speedily in February
Sincerely,*** *** ***
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Unlike their comment about "somehow there was no request to speak to upper management", I did request at least 3 times to speak to the appropriate person who could take action. The receptionist of the day (it was different each time) assured me that the message had been sent and they would contact me. No one ever did.
I am pleased that I happened to be lucky and actually got George on the phone when I called them one last time to make a connection. I am pleased that he seemed willing to get it taken care of. However he was also willing to have it taken care of last November and nothing happened, so I'm not sure yet if it will happen when I get home in two weeks or not. I trusted his word the first time but now I am more cautious. I will consider this situation resolved when the leaks are sealed and the NE downspout is carrying water away from the front door so that I don't have this hazardous ice situation again each year.

I am very much hoping that once I am home again in two weeks, that George will most likely get the repair done and resolve the situation. This may have been just a "falling through the cracks" of a schedule that was too busy. Its a little hard for me to think that could have happened 8 times but I'm willing to see it that way, as long as the repair happens speedily in February.
Sincerely,[redacted]
