Review: They changed my daughter's glasses wrong. And refused to make it right.My daughter needs glasses for her right eye. Her left eye doesn't have any problem. Her eye doctor gave me a new prescription, so I let the "Little optics inc." change new lens on the right one on Jan. **. 2014. After I brought the glasses from the optics on Jan. **. 2014, my daughter put them on and told me, "Mom, they are strange."At first, I didn't know what's the problem. Later, my husband told me that the left lens of the glasses got prescription. I watched it carefully. Surprisingly, the left lens is the old right one! I noticed it totally when I visited them to complain. They took the right lens off from the glasses and put it in the left site. Then maybe, it's my thought, they put the new lens put it in the right site. Also the old plane left lens was thrown away somewhere like wastebasket. A scratch inside on the left one is the same shape and place with the old right one. Also the same thickness. The [redacted] of the little optics inc. listened what I talked. But she denied their fault and refused to fix them. The [redacted] pretended to search the plane lens in the wastebasket. And called the person to charge who was off duty. But she told me that they didn't change the left one and she would not fix them or refund again and again and again. I tried to explain and wanted them check and fix them. But she told me that she already check them twice and she would not do anything for them. I didn't see her to check them. And the left lens of them got prescription, even though it's supposed to be a plane lens. But she told me like that only. Also she told me to sue it.Desired Settlement: I want my daughter to have right glasses. So I would like them to make the glasses properly.Check the right one again. I would like to know that it's right or not.If the new lens were wrong one, it also need to be changed.And for left site, they should put a plane lens on.If they were not able to do it, then I would like to refund them and receive compensation for damage. Because they spoiled old glasses and new glasses both that I had already payed for.
