Hello,According to our records, order [redacted] was placed on 4/17/2016 for a pair of control arms with ball joints.  We were contacted by the customer on 5/15/2017 stating the parts are defective.  We are out of stock on these parts so unable to send a replacement.  Return...

instructions for a refund were issued to the customer.  As part of our extended warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping when they are outside of the 60 day return time frame.  The customer has not returned these parts to us as of today, 6/7/2017.  I have gone ahead and issued a refund to the customer for $69.65 for these parts.  He does not need to return them.Order [redacted] was placed on 5/6/2016 for a pair of wheel hubs/bearings.  We were contacted on 7/1/2016 as the customer stated one was defective.  We sent the customer a replacement on that date and asked the customer to return the defective part to us.  Our policy states that once we receive the defective part back, the remainder of the extended warranty would transfer onto the new replacement part.  The customer has not returned this part even though she received the replacement part last July. By not returning the defective part, it voids the warranty on the new replacement part.  Currently the customer still has a warranty on the other wheel hub/bearing purchased on 5/6/2017. If he would like a replacement on this part, we are able to send one out.Our email to the customer on 7/1/2016 " In order to continue the warranty for the remainder of the 1.8 year(s), please follow the return instructions noted below. The defective unit will need to be returned at your cost. We have also issued you a replacement for the hub."On 3/10/2017 the customer again contacted us regarding a warranty on cv axles.  We do not have any orders for cv axles for this customer.
