Review: This complaint has been going on for a few years. I have a 2004 [redacted] that I bring to FDN Auto Repair. He told me I needed new shocks and that he can repair it. After picking up the car and on my way home the car fell to the ground and I had to turn around and bring the car back. He told me that there was a air leak in the hose and he would fix it. Then again I picked up my car and on the way home it did the same thing. I asked him to replace the shocks and he said no. I took my car to the [redacted] Dealer and they said he put on the wrong shocks ,that these shocks can only be bought from the [redacted] Dealer. I spoke to the repair guy and he said he would order the new shocks. By the time the repair garage got the shocks it was winter. I told him I would bring it back in the spring and he said OK. I had to have it towed to him. He put the new shocks on and again the same thing happened. I spent 3800.00 on repairs for this problem and it is still in my garage. He refuses to do anything about it and told me to take me to court. The dealership said he is not a [redacted] foreign-garage therefor he does not has the machines to hook the car up to and cannot buy [redacted] parts. He should of been honest and told me he could not fix my car and I would of brought it somewhere else that has the right equitment and can purchase [redacted] parts.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund so that I can bring my 2004 [redacted] to a dealership or a garage that has the right equipment. I am willing to give him back the shocks that he put on so that he can get a refund or use them in the right car. Thank You.
