A&M Concrete signed a contract to complete a residential foundation for our client. About 25% of the way into construction they abandoned the site having taken more money than work completed. Additionally AM Concrete claimed to have paid for fill materials already delivered to the site, as a basis for needing extra funds, and two weeks later the delivery driver came to us to collect money due on those materials.
