 The roof was done by Vincent-he had a heavy accent...he had come out several times to fix a few leaks and mistakes on roof after it was done, this complaint is due to loose shingles from a wind storm, not sure if the shingles were fixed or just covered up with tarp, since I was not home when done. I have been trying to get tarp removed like  forever now....and like I said not sure if it was even fixed originally or not-since tarp was placed up there....sub-contractor I have no idea...I know the paperwork I have has Prime Home Improvement on it....I am in travel status today, and will be without a computer while in NY....if you wish to call me please do so from June [redacted] afternoon thru June [redacted] afternoon....###-###-####....Why is it previously your company response was sure we can come out and remove tarp-I just did not respond quick enough-since I travel, and now you are saying who is this person n did we do her roof?.....Reallly ?!

I am requesting my complaint#[redacted] to be reopened, so the work can be completed satisfactorily.... Complaint is against Prime Home Improvement -located in [redacted] Work never completed on house located at [redacted]I own this house, however it is on the market for sale. So it would be appreciatedif this could get taken care of sooner then later...I am not at house-but will be in Yonkers from June [redacted] thru June [redacted]... The roof had shingles come loose from a wind storm, for whatever reason-tarp was placed on roof when worker from Prime came out--not sure if shingles were actually repaired-since it was all covered up with a tarp.
