A&M Fireplace

On November 10,2011 A&M Fireplace doing business as Countryside Stove and Chimney (recently sold) installed a woodburning stove unit for a total cost of $4758.00. They never completed the work despite several phone calls from myself and continued promises that they would be out "the next week". When the new owner came out to see what work was still needed on 2/25/2012, he informed me that I could no longer safely burn or ever again own a woodburning unit because the installers had completely ripped out my old fireplace leaving no protection from the high heat of a woodburning unit. He said he could not finish their work in good conscience as our home could burn to the ground. I now am out $4758, have a unit I can't use, and a hole in my wall where a fireplace will never be because I cannot afford to have it completely rebuilt to make it safe again.

Mr. Andrew Nalecz at [redacted], Williamsville NY was the previous owner. He stole from me and put my little girl and myself in danger as a result of the poor work his company performed. I want a settlement in the amount it will cost to restore my fireplace to a safe and functioning unit.
