Worst customer service I have even had to deal withThe install was done incorrectly and I am not getting the bandwidth that i'm paying forAfter spending over hours and minutes on the line with their service department (Where I was left on hold with no one for an hour) Hans a "Manager" came back and advised he and fix the issue and would have someone on out Sunday to correct the install and fix the bandwidth issueHe also advised he would personally call me backSo no call back at all from him Saturday so around 9AM Sunday I call them talk to two of the most unhelpful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with John (Agent number ***) and Javier who refused to give me his agent numberOnly to be told that Hans in spite of his promises never setup a tech for today and for Monday even after I had told him Monday would not work at all as I travel for my job Also I had changed my schedule to be at home Sunday to wait for the techI requested the be escalated and I get a call back for the director of services and again just keep getting told what they won't do to assist in resolving this issueAt this point I have been dealing with a simple issue for hours with little to no assistance from anyone at this company, I have been lied to and misledThe last thing I was told by Javier is that he would have the director Lina call me back to assist so let's see if this is yet another lie by this companyThis has got to be some of the poorest customer service I have EVER had to deal withThe Agents and the manager just do not feel to need to go the extra mile to help at all they just want you off the phone ASAPI would recommend that if you have any other Tv and Internet options in your area think carefully before signing up with this one
