I had a very similar experience I am also thinking about suing themThey are open under a new name [redacted] I believe I wish I had known the unprofessionalism of them before we hired them to do such an important day in our lives
We hired Astra Creative and photographers *** * & *** * for our October weddingWe paid them close to $and they have never delivered our wedding album, failed to respond to months and months of calls and texts and were both no shows to our small claims hearing*** skipped town and moved to N CarolinaMy husband and I are in the process of suing previous business owner *** * for what we paid them in We are set for trial this April 2015, it's amazing the level of unprofessionalism and disregard they have for requestI'm sorry to say we hired them for our wedding and have received zero in return for payment and even having signed a contract at the time does not mean anything to these peopleI'm disgusted with it all and hope that we win this battle in courtThey clearly want off the hook, but you can't take peoples money, get away with it and not get sued
