My order was scheduled to be delivered on 9/20/23 between 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm PST. The truck never showed up. I made numerous calls to their after-hour line with no answer, and I left several messages. On 9/21/23 I call at 6:00 am PST and spoke to a customer service manager and found out the truck broke down, dispatch never attempted to call to notify me that there was a problems or to discuss rescheduling, the customer service manager in New York with AM Home Delivery was trying to contact dispatch department in California and they never even responded to her she was trying to have them to give me a call. I am writing this message at 5:06 pm PST and I still have no update as to when my order will be delivered. Per their instruction I had to disconnect my appliance for removal so now I have no appliances in my business, I run a family childcare business, and this is unacceptable. This is not a good look for appliance connection and if you continue to use AM Home delivery, I will never order from your company again and I will never refer your company. I am very dissatisfied with this service. Here I am on 9/22/23 and still no call from the California location regarding my delivery, I can't get a hold of any MANAGERS they refuse to talk to me and the employees have to send an email before they will even attempt to transfer to them and then when they do transfer to the a manager or you think your being transferred to a MANAGER it goes to a voicemail. I know I will be questioning from this day forward when I purchase appliances who are they contracted with for delivery and if they even mention AM HOME DELIVERY they will not be getting my business unless they use a different delivery company.

If I could give this company a negative 0 that would be my rating for them. It also appears management really don't care they are just hiding behind a desk and not reaching out to the customers.

If your department will call me back and make things right I would be happy to change my review. I have reached out to your companies claims department and have been waiting two weeks. To date not one person has reached out to me and power and water has been shut off to part of my home because of the damages your delivery drivers caused. My item was broken and the front of my home severely damaged. Just fixing landscaping would be easy. However the driver of this 30,000 pound truck decided to continue and rock it back and forth and dig into the ground burying it and crushing utility lines. These lines included power, water, Irrigation systems, water drainage/sewage, and landscape lighting.

I also had to pay for the truck to be towed out by a winch as it was buried two feet into the ground. Clearly it can be seen from the photos that the driver had very little experience operating a truck of this size. The round driveway has more than enough room for a truck this size to have turned within this area. The driver was not told to even enter this drive either it would have been a much better decision to have listened to the homeowner and turn around and back up to the door.

My item was totally broken and returned, my utility lines to my home and landscaping destroyed and I had to pay to have the truck towed out because they could not reach their roadside assistance. I am very unhappy and will gladly change this review and withdraw my claim from the BBB if someone in management reaches out to me and responds to this issue. I have lots of photos and 2 security camera videos from different angles of this occurrence. All I am asking for is someone to reach out to me be professional and correct the damage that your drivers did to my property. I have submitted items to include photos to your claims department IAW your policy. I have reached out to Moshe Felerbaum by both phone and email. I have yet received any response. I have also called your customer service department and they tell me they cant help that I have to handle it through your claims department and that claims does not have a phone number. I feel as though I am being given the runaround. You cannot do damage such as was done here and just pretend it did not occur. Please respond to this issue and handle it properly it is not going to get any better with time as my home has the power shut off in portions of it until the damages are repaired. The delivery order for this occurrence was 41658496.

We ordered a fridge and while it came when expected, the delivery guys were just horrible. They dragged the old fridge out across the wood floors leaving a long line of deep gouges. I noticed after they passed through the dining room and asked if they had carrying straps to carry it. They said they don't have them or use them. I called customer service and was told that all crews are provided the straps and are supposed to have them. I asked them that they need to lift/carry the fridge and they said "but it's heavy!". They brought in the new fridge and were about to drag it to and I said they couldn't do that. They threatened to not bring it in. Then they brought a dolly from their truck?!?! where was that before. They then tried to bait and switch having me sign for the delivery with no damages by saying it was "just routine signature you received the fridge". I pressed them to let me read the pages before the signature and figured out what they were doing. I wouldn't sign.
I also pressed them to take their own pictures of the damage, which they did, but you can see on the letter for the company below that "based on the photos taken by the delivery which clearly shows that the installation / connections was completed properly.
The nature of the damage(s) is quite noticeable, it should have been noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery." Well of course the delivery crew has no interest in reporting the damage they caused!
I've spent months trying to get their claim department to take responsibility but it a game of asking for a form, then pictures, them estimates, and they need to get the driver's side of the story. Finally they just said there was no proof and they wouldn't not accept liability. Their guy for handling claims, Moshe, is a thug and a crook. It's his job to string people along, deny, deny, call customer liars, etc. They sent an official denial even saying I signed the form saying there was no damage, when I explicit refused to sign anything. And it says I wouldn't need surveillance footage to prove the claim! The letter is attached:

Dear Kai Angermueller,
This email is in response to your claim submitted to our company.
After a thorough investigation by our company, including an interview with and a statement taken from the delivery personnel who handled the delivery, presenting them with all the documents and pictures you emailed us, reviewing our records and all the documents we requested in connection with this claim, and additional diligence conducted by our designated claims department, we regret to inform you, that a decision has been made to deny the claim.
Our decision was based in part, on an interview with, and a statement taken from the delivery / installation personnel, who handled the delivery / installation, including presenting them all the documents and pictures you emailed us, stating that they didn't damage your property or installed / connected the merchandise inaccurately, based on the shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery and inspection questionnaire survey), presented to the customer during the delivery, completed and singed by the delivery personal, which clearly states that at the time of delivery "My property has been left in good condition with no damage done to it" "consignee hereby acknowledges install and/or removal was completed in a satisfactory manner and there was no damage caused to your property as a result of these actions", and finally based on the photos taken by the delivery which clearly shows that the installation / connections was completed properly.
The nature of the damage(s) is quite noticeable, it should have been noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery.
We strive to keep our customers satisfied, and for that reason, we try to give ample opportunities to note the shipping documents. Nonetheless, we cannot accept any liability for damages, if the shipping documents are not noted, during the delivery, indicating damages to your property.
With the current information and evidence available to us, we have closed this claim, however, if additional hard evidence, like video surveillance or other hard evidence, will be provided, we will reopen the claim.

AM trucking delivered my washer earlier than had been projected and the service couldn't have been betterVery professional and courteous were Joe and OscarThe shipment came from New Jersey to Los AngelesIt was suppose to be delivered by [redacted] It arrived [redacted] at approx 1:pmIt was anticipated to arrive between 2:to 6:pmKeep up the good work [redacted] ***

Well I'm not gonna lie, getting my couch was a hassleBut in the end AM trucking was willing to work with me on a credit due to my problems and were great to work with the entire timeI believe they have too much freight and not enough drivers which explains why it took so long to get my orderBut all in all they are good people

Had a Refrigerator delivered from Babylon New York to Florida, came a week earlier that estimated, they kept in touch enroute Everything went well, very efficient

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with AM Trucking, specifically, Victor and Evan I was kept well informed of my delivery date, both by email and phone They arrived within their window of delivery, even arriving very early morning so no one in my family had to miss or arrive late to work They were courteous, efficient, and professional

This company has a bunch of incompetent is working for themThey can not follow delivery instructionsThey can not tell timeThey apparently cant work a phoneCustomer service will not let you speak to a supervisor or give you the name or number for a supervisor or district manager or corporate office when they mess things upWhat they can do is lie and hang up on youI wouldn't recommend them to anyoneThey get one star only because I have to give at least one to post this reviewBeware of this delivery company if you expect your delivery to be how and when your told because the one thing they are good at is telling lies !

Thank you to the drivers - Carloz and Jimmy AM Trucking had two drivers that were customer service providers They called to confirm they were on their way and gave a minute window (within the hrsthe coprovided) and when they got here, they brought the microwave all the way to the kitchen and even opened the box for us Very nice Thank you

Aweful, aweful, awfulThis is the email I sent today after our second delivery with them went to hell VERY disappointed in the delivery of this productAt first we were excited as we were notified it was going to be to us a week earlier than it said on the delivery companies websiteThe day comes and the driver calls us at 11:30am to say he will be there in minutesAt I call him to see where he isHe tells me he got "held up" and will be there in minutesHe finally appears at Then there is only ONE person to deliver this almost pound, 48" refrigeratorMy husband manages to help it get it as far as our garage and the guy says he will have the delivery company call us to move it in the house on SaturdayThe lady calls me and I tell her that we need FOUR men to come to bring it in the houseThe box itself says FOUR MEN to move itI was clearly ignored because on Saturday men showed up and it took an hour to move the refrigerator from our garage to the kitchenAND my husband had to help them AGAINPlus, once again, they called and said they would be there in minutes and they didn't show up for an hourVERY VERY bad service

Wednesday I received a phone call informing me they are going to deliver Thursday between 3pm and 7pm and I was told once again I was what was convenient for them not meSo I had my wife come home early from work to receive the shipmentI called at 6:30pm and was told the driver was running 2hrs late and would be there until 8pmThe truck finally showed up at 8: I will never use this shipping company or order anything that will be delivered via this company

This company supposedly was used by [redacted] to deliver a stove to my home They "lost" the first one and now I haven't heard back anything about the new one and haven't received any information about it at all I don't believe this company should be trusted and should be investigated for fraud

Just received a delivery through AM TruckingWe couldn't be more pleased! We were notified yesterday of the delivery windowThe woman who called was very polite and helpfulEarly this morning, within the stated delivery window, the truck arrivedBoth gentleman introduced themselves and shook our handsOur item was on a palletThey quickly got it off loaded and into our garageVery pleasant guys, James and SteveEasy and fast delivery! I ordered a sofa and loveseat with Appliance Connection, and AM Home Delivery was the shipper/carrier When the shippers unpacked the sofa and loveseat, I inspected them to make sure both items had arrived undamagedI noted and told the shipper that there was damage to both items and I was not sure what the solution would be...would they return the items or should replacements be ordered? The shipper told me not to worry, and that he would be back with his camera to take pictures and we would sort out the damage...that was the last I saw the shipperWhen I went outside the truck was driving awayI was literally in shock and appalled by what had just taken placeI called the shipper several times at the same number they had called me from prior to delivery, and of course it went without answer When I contacted Appliance Connection, I was told the shipment had been signed for with no damage noted...really! Unreal...this is an American company! I am not exaggerating this situationCan you imagine if this happened to you, seriously? This has really struck a nerve with me I am active duty military, and I have been in service for over a decade and rarely run across characters such as this I can not believe that there are people out there that would do such a thing, but disappointingly I continue to be surprised I don't want anything from this company I just hope Sergio and his Driver are not allowed to do this to another customer

Wow, such incompetent employees working in this companyI had my fridge and washer and dryer delivered today by themThe appliances arrives in generally good condition, excepting there is a small dent on the washerThen it's time for them to move the fridge into my houseThey removed the doors of the fridge and moved it inThen they tried to put the doors back onI was talking with one guy about the dent on the washer when the other guy was putting the fridge doors backI came back to the fridge after that and found the doors were already attachedI connected the power cord and found the fridge runs well, so I signed the papers and they left after thatLater I found the lights in the fridge could not be turned on, and they're only on when I was just connecting the power cordI checked again very carefully about the problem and found that that guy did a horrible job connecting the door to the fridgeThe connector part was loose and it's missing screws out of So I had to found some extra screws and put them back to place myselfAnd this is not allAfter I put the screws back, I found a little piece of plastic part in the corner inside the fridgeWorrying about it might be an important part of the dollar fridge, I tried to figure out where it should beAfter like hours researching on the internet, I finally figured out it should be located under one of the drawer they removedAnd it's a cover of an power cord inside the fridgeWithout it the power cord maybe damaged when we're moving the drawer......Please, Please avoid this company as possible as you canIt's not worth the trouble....That's about hour wasted to finish the work these guys left

I've read some of the reviews for this company, but I have to say that my experience was wonderfulIt took a little longer than with most companies, I suppose - but that is because my refrigerator and cook top came so farBut the delivery men were very courteous and there was no damage at all! Thank you AM Home Delivery!

Celso and Joe were so courteous and had great attitudesyou are so lucky to have them as employees
