This company has a bunch of incompetent is working for them. They can not follow delivery instructions. They can not tell time. They apparently cant work a phone. Customer service will not let you speak to a supervisor or give you the name or number for a supervisor or district manager or corporate office when they mess things up. What they can do is lie and hang up on you. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They get one star only because I have to give at least one to post this review. Beware of this delivery company if you expect your delivery to be how and when your told because the one thing they are good at is telling lies !

This company supposedly was used by [redacted] to deliver a stove to my home. They "lost" the first one and now I haven't heard back anything about the new one and haven't received any information about it at all. I don't believe this company should be trusted and should be investigated for fraud.

Aweful, aweful, awful. This is the email I sent today after our second delivery with them went to hell.
VERY disappointed in the delivery of this product. At first we were excited as we were notified it was going to be to us a week earlier than it said on the delivery companies website. The day comes and the driver calls us at 11:30am to say he will be there in 30 minutes. At 1245 I call him to see where he is. He tells me he got "held up" and will be there in 15 minutes. He finally appears at 130. Then there is only ONE person to deliver this almost 600 pound, 48" refrigerator. My husband manages to help it get it as far as our garage and the guy says he will have the delivery company call us to move it in the house on Saturday. The lady calls me and I tell her that we need FOUR men to come to bring it in the house. The box itself says FOUR MEN to move it. I was clearly ignored because on Saturday 2 men showed up and it took an hour to move the refrigerator from our garage to the kitchen. AND my husband had to help them AGAIN. Plus, once again, they called and said they would be there in 30 minutes and they didn't show up for an hour. VERY VERY bad service.

Had a Refrigerator delivered from Babylon New York to Florida, came a week earlier that estimated, they kept in touch enroute. Everything went well, very efficient.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with AM Trucking, specifically, Victor and Evan. I was kept well informed of my delivery date, both by email and phone. They arrived within their window of delivery, even arriving very early morning so no one in my family had to miss or arrive late to work. They were courteous, efficient, and professional.

I've read some of the reviews for this company, but I have to say that my experience was wonderful. It took a little longer than with most companies, I suppose - but that is because my refrigerator and cook top came so far. But the delivery men were very courteous and there was no damage at all! Thank you AM Home Delivery!

information for their Director of Operations [redacted].  The FDOT suggested I outreach to Mr. Felberbaum as well as file a complaint with the US Department of Transportation FMCSA due to the 45 complaints that have been documented to the Revdex.com regarding AM Home Delivery and Trucking with 23 being delivery issues which have cited the same issues I have encountered with getting this claim resolved and with this company's overall rating being a D-.Sincerely,[redacted]

I ordered a sofa and loveseat with Appliance Connection, and AM Home Delivery was the shipper/carrier.
When the shippers unpacked the sofa and loveseat, I inspected them to make sure both items had arrived undamaged. I noted and told the shipper that there was damage to both items and I was not sure what the solution would be...would they return the items or should replacements be ordered?
The shipper told me not to worry, and that he would be back with his camera to take pictures and we would sort out the damage...that was the last I saw the shipper. When I went outside the truck was driving away. I was literally in shock and appalled by what had just taken place. I called the shipper several times at the same number they had called me from prior to delivery, and of course it went without answer.
When I contacted Appliance Connection, I was told the shipment had been signed for with no damage noted...really! Unreal...this is an American company!
I am not exaggerating this situation. Can you imagine if this happened to you, seriously? This has really struck a nerve with me.
I am active duty military, and I have been in service for over a decade and rarely run across characters such as this. I can not believe that there are people out there that would do such a thing, but disappointingly I continue to be surprised.
I don't want anything from this company. I just hope Sergio and his Driver are not allowed to do this to another customer.

Review: I had ordered a kitchen table and set of chairs from a company [redacted] (out of [redacted]); the first delivery arrived damaged so I placed a 2nd order with them. The shipping company was AM Home delivery. I had placed that order on 11/**/14; I had been told by [redacted] my delivery had shipped and kept getting the runaround on delivery dates.....

One of the contacts at [redacted] had contacted the owner of AM Home Delivery who PROMISED him my table AND chairs would be delivered the weekend of 12/**/14.......nothing arrived that weekend. Their site had also stated a delivery date of 12/**. That delivery did not happen. I finally received a call on 12/** saying my delivery would be there on 12/** b/t [redacted]. The driver called me saying he had two other stops to make and would be to me; he was very courteous and I felt that was the only positive experience with this delivery company. He also stated he only had my table and no chairs and inquired if I knew that. I told him I was unaware and I thought everything was coming.

My table arrives and I inspected it and it was damaged on the underneath center board support part. It was cracked in two places. Therefore I refused the delivery.

I'm still waiting for my chairs and have received no update as of today on when they would be delivered.

In the meantime I was also e-mailing with the general inbox for AM (as I was receiving no valuable information from [redacted] in regards to my shipment); and they had no idea where my items were. This company seems to be poorly run and I hope my chairs come undamaged at this point.Desired Settlement: Please deliver my chairs without any damage otherwise I'm going to request a credit for all the hassle this has been in working with these two organizations.....

Review: Appliances that I bought from [redacted] on September *, 2014, were delivered by AM Trucking on October *, 2014. I had arranged with [redacted] for AM Trucking to install the microhood, refrigerator, and range. The "installers" first installed the microhood at the wrong height, so they had to remove it and try again. I paid in full for the installation before they left.

When I came into the kitchen the next morning, one of the installation screws was on the counter with drywall residue, and the microhood was hanging crookedly.

I was not able to get through to AM Trucking, and I had a local licensed company come to correct the installation problems. Per these licensed professionals, AM Trucking's installers destroyed the microhood, and they also damaged my kitchen wall and cabinetry. Specifically:

1. The nut that holds the microwave to the cabinet is cross-threaded, resulting in the metal housing ripping out.

2. The appliance was not installed correctly; specifically, the fan motor exhausts upward instead of forward (as required by the kitchen design), there is a big hole in the wall, and the oven was installed crooked.

3. The oven cannot be reinstalled safely, because the housing hole is torn.

4. The assortment of screws and washers used by AM Trucking is a hodgepodge collection that did not come with the oven.

I took several pictures and sent them along with a copy of my paid check for the installation, and an e-mail and then a [redacted]-delivered demand for reimbursement to AM Trucking, but I have not received any response from AM Trucking. The microhood is dead weight on my counter, as it has been for six weeks. Now, two days before [redacted], I still do not have full use of my kitchen.

This company is despicable. I was not given any choice of delivery carriers by [redacted], I have paid for everything, and have gotten completely screwed.

Reaching out to Revdex.com is my last resort before filing a lawsuit.Desired Settlement: 1. $289.00 as full reimbursement of the new microhood that AM Trucking “installers” destroyed on October *, 2014.

2. $125.00 as full reimbursement of the microhood “installation” cost, which I paid by check.

3. $510.00 for the estimated six hours of licensed labor, at $85.00 per hour, that it will take to repair the damage that your “installers” did to my kitchen wall and cupboard.

4. $100.00 per day as compensation for the loss of use of my kitchen; from October *, 2014, it has been 55 days so far, for a total so far of $5,500.

Review: Order for TV stand was placed 10/**/15. Order was to ship from NY to IL...not exactly across the country. On 11/*/15, we were supposed to, after much inquiry from us, receive unit between 11AM-3PM. At 4PM we were told they couldn't deliver until closer to 6PM. On 11/*/15, we were told delivery would take place on 11/**/15 between 2PM-6PM. On the morning of 11/**/15, we received a call saying they could not locate this stand and would have to reschedule another delivery. We paid $39.99 extra for "white glove" delivery service and have received nothing of the sort. No apologies for our wasted time, no desire to really serve the customer. I cancelled order and notified our credit card company I was disputing the charge.

The company we ordered unit from that selected AM Trucking as the delivery service ALSO told AM not to deliver the unit. See the 11/**/15 comment in this thread:

Review: I ordered a bed frame from a company in New Jersey and they do not ship, so they contracted AM Home Delivery to deliver the bed frame to me in California. I was home for the delivery and paid the extra $100 to have them move the bed frame into the room of my choice, instead of the standard curbside delivery. Upon delivering the bed frame to the room of my choice, the movers damaged my door, door frame, and wood floors. I pointed this out to them and they basically told me it wasn't their fault; the main delivery person asked me what I wanted him to do in a not so nice way refusing any blame. I refused to sign the sales receipt that stated "my property have been left in good condition with no damage done" until he gave me the number of his corporate office claims department. The movers were completely unprofessional and were fighting me on everything I knew had to be done to solve the problem. Once he gave me the number, I wrote it down and also wrote on the sales sheet that my property had been damaged before signing it.

The incident occurred on 10/[redacted]/2013, I immediately called the claim department for the local Los Angeles office and filed a complaint verbally and the representative on the phone said he would start a claim for me. He also referred me to the claim department in New York to file the claim with the claims representative named Jake. I immediately emailed Jake (with pictures) and explained my situation, a week or so went by with no response, so I followed up with an additional email to confirm he received my first email. I never got a response on either email, so I called the corporate office to try and get a hold of **(Claims Department) and I have left multiple messages for him and still have not gotten a call back. Today is 12/**/2013 and I have not received an email back, phone call back, nothing from them whatsoever and I continue to call and leave messages for him to call me back. I have also talked to people at the office and they will not respond to anything I tell them because their default answer is "I can't help you with that, you have to go through the claims department".

It has been 2 months with no contact from the original damage done to my house, I have tried everything in my power to contact the company and get the problem fixed. I did not anticipate that it would take this long to get a simple email or phone call back to fix the damage they caused.Desired Settlement: I want AM Home Delivery to pay for the repairs on my door, door frame, and wood floors as soon as possible. I paid them extra to delivery the item to the desired room in my house and they damaged my home in the process. This is not the service I paid for and they must fix the movers mistakes.

If it is at all possible, I would also like a partial refund for their services since it has caused me all this headache and suffering of just trying to solve the problem.

Review: I have been waiting for delivery since I was charged on 1/**/16. AM Home delivery's tracking shows the item picked up on 1/**/16 and in transit 1/**/16. tracking #[redacted] for order # [redacted]. I can not get an answer for why my item has not been delivered yet, and they keep pushing the date later and later. I am now told I may get it on Tuesday 2/**, which is 3 weeks after it was picked up by AM delivery, and about 1 month since I was charged. I don't believe they know where my item is, and I need it delivered. I have not been able to cook for a month while my item is lost in transit somewhere.Desired Settlement: I need my item delivered on overnight [redacted] or [redacted] immediately. I have given up on AM delivery. I also want consumers to be warned not to use this company as they have misled me and lied to me repeatedly about when my delivery will arrive. Today when I called they said they tried to schedule a time for delivery, which was a flat out lie. I called them on it and they retracted and said it actually was not in the warehouse that they expected. (this call was recorded).

Review: I ordered a product from [redacted] and it was shipped out by AM Trucking. The terms were that I would be notified 24 hours in advance of delivery, I was given less than 24 hours notice on the first attempt and told them I would have to reschedule because of lack of notice. The second delivery date was scheduled for 1/**/2015 between the hours of 3p and 7p - the driver didn't show up and I called both the driver who was supposed to deliver the item, AM Trucking main office, and [redacted] when the driver didn't show. I explained to them I couldn't take delivery because I couldn't be present at the address at that time (I have a life). I got a call around 8:30p from my neighbor asking why there was a large truck parked running outside his home and why there was a guy knocking at my door (I was wondering too!). I got read the riot act from my neighbor about how this amount of noise is not appropriate at this time of night. I agree that my neighbor is a bit sensitive, but he's not completely wrong, either. I immediately called after I heard from my neighbor and expressed how I felt. They ACTUALLY asked if they could leave the piece of furniture I ordered ON THE LAWN! No kidding. How are these people still in business?!?Desired Settlement: With their Revdex.com rating, its obvious that they have no shame, this is probably business as usual for them, but an apology would be nice.

Review: AM Home Delivery delivered a side by side refrigerator on 7/*/2014, which I purchased on 7/*/2014 from The Appliance Monster in [redacted]. While doing the delivery they gouged and scratched my kitchen floor with the hand truck. This floor is less than a year old, and when I contacted the company who did the installation, they told me they believed the tiles have been discontinued. When they called me back they confirmed what they believed to be true with my initial phone call. In order to repair the damage done by AM Home Delivery, they will have to see if they can remove the tiles needed from either under my stove or under the refrigerator or both. If this can be done without cracking them, the cost will be approximately, $300.00. If they have to replace the whole floor again with a comparative tile the cost will be close to $ 1925.00 plus the sealing of the floor again $75.00, plus tax.

The original cost of the floor that was damaged was $1800.00 plus tax.

Their driver noted the damage they did on their copy and my copy of the Bill of Lading, as well as took pictures of the tiles. I also took pictures as well. I contacted AM Home Delivery as per their instructions via telephone cue 3 for claims by emailing them at both addresses they provided for putting in the initial claim at [redacted] and follow up on status of claim by contacting [redacted]. I resent another email to [redacted] today, July **, 2014 since I haven't heard from them. I have been unsuccessful in getting a response back in contacting them via telephone or email. I have contacted a service to send them a registered claim, and am awaiting the results of the certified mail receipt. This will take approximately 10 days. I am hoping that between you and them I can arbitrate a resolution to this issue.Desired Settlement: Pay for the cost to repair the gouged and scratched tiles, if it can be done. And if not able to repair the tiles as described above, replace the kitchen floor tiles Like for Like, using Congoleum Duraceramic tiles.
