On [redacted] 2015 A&M HotMix was contracted to do work at my residential address involving the installation of regrind asphalt millings. The work was done on [redacted] 2015. At the beginning of july grass and weeds started growing up through the millings. As the month progressed grass and weeds continued to grow up through the millings over the entire surface. On [redacted] I phoned the business at XXX-XXX-XXXX which is the number that the business owner, [redacted] instructed me to call if I needed to contact him. There was no answer so I left a voice mail message requesting a return phone call. No return call was received after 24hrs. On [redacted] I called XXX-XXX-XXXX as well as the number printed on the work contract:X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. There was no answer at either number. I left messages at both numbers requesting a return phonecall. On [redacted] phoned me. I explained my concerns about the work done. He replied that he was too busy to look at the situation that week but that he would send someone out the next week. I said that would be fine and to please call me when someone has looked at the situation so that we could discuss a resolution. By [redacted] 2015 I had not heard from [redacted] or any other representative of the business, I called XXX-XXX-XXXX, there was no answer, I left a message requesting a return phone call. No return call was forthcoming. I again left messages on [redacted] & [redacted] On X-XX-XX I did receive a voice message from "[redacted]". I called her back that same day, she said that someone would be out to look at the situation by the end of the week. I had not heard from anyone by X-XX-XX at which time I called both phone numbers, got no answer, left messages requesting a return phone call. Today is X-XX-XX and I have still not heard from anyone from A&M Hotmix. I would like the job done/redone/repaired, whatever is required, in order to resolve the problem. Thank you.
