I called Mr Downing and if repair isnt satisfactory then will send another crew...HE didnt answer so I left a voice mail...Thank you, Bill M

This complaint [redacted] was received on 9/2/15 and she even signed a satisfaction certificate. (see fax copy of it) This letter is obviously an older complaint

That respond was given to [redacted]e the individual who had to complete items regarding the deck itself, he was hire by A&W to do this. I am still waiting for the door to the basement that goes into my houseonce that is done then we will be finished.Thank you
