A.M. Installation

My husband and I hired AM Installation around Sept of 2012 to replace the siding around our home. The cost was over $17,000.00. After the men said they were finished with the job and left. I noticed They had forgotten to do a small portion of the back of the house that was inside our screened in area. I called to let them know. I was told someone would come out and finish it. I called repeatedly, left messages, spoke to two different men. They original guy who came out and I'm guessing the owner one other time. But no one showed up.And I was never given a date or time they would be out to finish. I was told at one point the guys child was sick and he apologized for not coming out as of yet. I said I understood. As long as it gets done I'm not upset I just wanted it finished as soon as they could. It has been over a year. I never got a call back, no one ever came out. People still ask when they visit, "How come you didn't side your whole house" or why did you leave this portion undone" "That looks strange", etc. We financed our siding and we will be spending the next 11 years paying it off so you can imagine how disappointed I am, yes, even over a year later, that the job was never completed and were still paying on it. We never forgot.
