Very negative experiences with the management for my apartment
I moved into my apartment on Aug 1,However, I was contacted in June with lease information about getting utilities set up before I moved inWhen I contacted the internet company I was told my building wasn't in their systemI contacted management to inquire about this and was told "they thought everything was ready"I have spent many days trying to work with management to remedy this issueHowever, they have offered no solutions, no compensation, and have not tried to solve this issueI feel it is unacceptable for me to be unable to set up a utility of mine (which was asked of me) due to an error on their end that they are not trying to fixThis has been going on for almost weeks now and nothing about this situation has changedHad they done their job properly and disclosed things weren't set up it would be differentBut they have accepted no responsibility for their bad business practices
