I am rejecting this response because: I have already given a detailed report to [redacted] at the dealership who said he would give it to the ownerAgain, if they would of returned my communications the owner would of known that

Sacramento Truck Depot has been nothing but professional with Mr [redacted] When he purchased the vehicle he did so "AS IS" there is proof on the paperwork that states soOn the "DUE BILL" Mr [redacted] acceoted the vehicle as is with no work being promisedHis signature along with the acting manager's is on that documentMr [redacted] also signed the "law form 676" accepting the vehicle "AS IS" which clearly states that; The vehicle is being sold on an "AS IS" basisThe entire risk as to the quality and performance of this vehicle is with the buyerShould this vehicle be defective following buyer's purchase, the BUYER and not the dealer, assumes the ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIRSAccording to all the documets that Mr [redacted] signed by taking possesion of the vehicle and signing all documents "AS IS" Mr [redacted] approved of the vehicle in the state that it was inCopies of all documents signed by Mr [redacted] have been submitted to show proof

I am rejecting this response because: sac truck depot promised to fix the things wrong with the escaladeThey gave me two days to return the car and since they told me they would fix it the next day after I purchased and all they did was tell me to come back every time I went to come back the next dayThey told me lies and that I had to deal with the previous owner of the car to come to some sort of agreement when I have nothing to talk about to the previous owner since sac truck depot is the vendor at the momentThey lied about fixing the car, I completely understand that I took the car as is but they told me they'd fix the things wrong with the car and never didThey made the days pass so that I wouldn't be able to return the car in the allotted time of days and I didn't want to waste more moneyRepeatedly I went to have them fix the car and the same response of "come back tomorrow" was saidThey were unprofessional and cussed at me and by the last times of me going, the manager would not come see me as well as the employees saying he wasn't there

We are sorry that Mr [redacted] is rejecting our responseI am trying to work with Mr [redacted] and would appreciate his cooperation in this matter.For your information, I have not received any report from [redacted] or any one else for that matter.If I had that report, I would not have asked for it again.Again, if Mr [redacted] decides to provide us with the requested report, we would look into it
