First off I would like to say I am truly sorry that the client is not happy with the service but I think the real matter here is that he is not happy with the broker who signed him upHe had every opportunity to cancel the move before we started workingFirst seven stairs are free there are charges for additional stairs after thatDelivery time frame is an estimateWe can not control weather, weigh stations, trafficOur regulations require that we have goods delivered within business daysWe try to get the household goods to the customer as quickly as possibleThe binding part of the estimate is the line haulThat is the price per cubic foot or the price per pound as that would never changeIf a customer weight or cubiic feet are hire then the estimate then the price of course will go upThe customer got a great deal and we tried to do everything to accommodate his needsAny damages he is covered with standard liability and he can file a claim through our claims department

I am rejecting this response because:1- I set up pick up time between an pm but he arrived to my apartment at 12:pmAttached text message communication.2- He finished the wrapping and loading the most of the stuff (only bed and sofa were remained) and he claimed for extra costI had to accept his estimation in that situation because he said I have to pay penalty if I cancel the movingNote that the amount of items I have on binding estimate was only luggage less than actual moving items and he asked for cf extra for those luggageEither the binding or his estimate was wrong.3- The wrapping was unprofessional because there are damages to the furniture which could be avoided if the quality of packaging was betterThere are damages such as serious scratches on the table, broken chair and mirror, and broken bed frame.4- The delay was three days based on the promise he gave me.5- Delivery was in afternoon (not late night) and when I contacted him for the damages he initially did not take responsibility and referred me to the driver for the claimAs of today I have not received ANY call or email for the damage claim.6- He did not deliver all the items and there is a missing furniture, therefore he does not have the signed Descriptive Inventory.7- In terms of cost he did not used the rates in binding estimate such as Shuttle Service which is $in the binding but he charged me $500.and more items that I described in the first complaint but he did not answer

With all respect to Mr [redacted] and Revdex.com. My name is Huseyn N[redacted] and I am Owner of AM-Movers LLC. The complaint from Mr [redacted]  about damages , late delivery , additional charges , and unprofessional service - I can say I am not agree with this complaint , cause...

:1) Mr [redacted] signed contract with [redacted] and was charged by the same company . And estimate was given to Mr [redacted] based on the inventory list that was Provided by Mr [redacted] to [redacted]. 2) Job was forwarded to AM-Movers LLC by [redacted] . The day before original pick up date Mr [redacted] received phone call from our Forman Ali to confirm the date and time for the pick up with Mr [redacted] and Ali was told by Mr [redacted] would be great if our crew can come to pick it up his stuff  between 9:00 am to 12:00am ,and Ali on the day of pick up showed up around 11:50 am , after Ali walked around the apartment with Mr [redacted] to give him a revised estimate, and during revision Ali told to  Mr [redacted] that he has   more  items that wasn't on the original list , + it was on the 3rd floor and our guys had to go thru garage by using elevator , when Ali told  to Mr [redacted] based on additional items and elevator fee and long carry will be added as a additional charges and Mr [redacted] didn't agreed with charges and Mr [redacted] called to [redacted] to find out whats going on and he was told by company that will be made  additional charges because he has bulky item and additional stuff which wasn't on the list after almost one hour discussion with [redacted] Mr [redacted] got deal from Them and Mr [redacted] was happy to take that deal. after Mr [redacted] signed all the paperwork's and Ali with his crew started wrapping all the furnitures , on the pick up Mr [redacted] was charged additional  only for 100 cube fit , and  elevator fees and long carry fees was given to Mr [redacted] as a discount . Mr [redacted] was charged total before his deposit about $1945 and - his deposit $457, and his total became $1482 , and Mr [redacted] paid 50% of them which is $748 upon pick up and other 50% left due at delivery. All His stuff was wrapped and packed professionaly and we can provide the pictures also. We also submitted copy of full contract where you can see the charges .on the day when we loaded one of our Carriers truck with Mr [redacted]s stuff there wasn't any damages and also carriers they have to double check for damages before they load to their truck. delivery was mad with 1 day delay, then Mr [redacted]  called to our Forman Ali about damages , scratches on table top and mirror was broken , And Ali told to Mr [redacted] that first off he has free insurance which covers 0.60 cent per lb per art, and he told him do not worry about damages, since it was late night Ali couldn't get of hold anybody in the office and He told to Mr [redacted] that Tomorrow in the morning someone will call him from claim department to resolve this issue but Mr [redacted] get mad .  AM-Movers LLC Provided Mr [redacted] with Quality Service, and Our Company ready to cover the damage on table top and broken mirror.

We can not control weather, weigh stations, traffic. Our regulations require that we have goods delivered within 21 business days. We try to get the household goods to the customer as quickly as possible. The binding part of the estimate is the line haul. That is the price per cubic foot or the price per pound as that would never change. If a customer weight or cubiic feet are hire then the estimate then the price of course will go up. The customer got a great deal and we tried to do everything to accommodate his needs. Any damages he is covered with standard liability and he can file a claim through our claims department.
