In response to complaint from *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***.He had agreed to a service call fee of $for me to come to his home, with the understandingthere was a clog in the systemI checked out the vacuum power unit in the garage and found a hose pluggedin which I knew
would effect the suction inside the houseI then checked the unit to make sure it was working rightand it wasI plugged the hose back in at the power unit to see if I could suck out any thing from one of the inletsinside the house and got nothingI had allready disconnect the pipe coming to the unit from the inlets inside the house,I took a shop vac I carry with me to clean out the lines from inside the house,( I do this a lot to remove clogs) but only got some cat litter*** showed me vacpan where the cat litter and feeding bowls were and I found the vacpan wasbroke leaving it openI then told *** the problen with his system was a vacpan open & a hose plugged in in the garagewith a hose plugged in to clean had too many openings would not allow the system to work.That is when he told me he was ending the service at that point, that I was unprofessional at what I doI think once I showedwhat was wrong he thought he could just fix it himself.With more than 100"s of reviews this complainer will not change the way We do business.
