As some of you may or may not know this is a very hard industry to pick and choose from because of course it's not like a Nordstrom's where you can just walk in and shop, rather instead you give them your keys and rely on trusting them to ship your carThere's no guarantees on pickup or delivery dates they pretty much give you a window and TRY to pickup and deliver in between those timesSo the very first window I was given were changed maybe twice I pretty much expected that after going through the shipping process years ago with another company They promised to pick my car up on Friday morning and he never cameThey later called to tell me they'd be there Saturday morningSaturday morning comes, he's there at 8am and gave me expected delivery date of Tuesday in TempeI was pretty satisfied with that because no other company could offer me a delivery date so soonThe car was shipped to my door on Tuesdayhours later than expected but I'm totally fine with that Things could have been way worst dealing with this industry Overall I was beyond satisfied to receive my car in front of my home in great shapeI would TOTALLY recommend them to anyone for transport, however I'd like the company to know their drivers aren't the best at returning calls and they have poor communication skills which can sometimes make thing frustrating

I just have to say, GREAT service here I needed to send my car to my husband in LAMy husband called Scott before catching his flight, from Raleigh to LA and arranged everythingMy husband had a business meeting and major time crunch, so we had to have our car shipped There was no way that we could have had the added stress of him trying to drive so far We needed our car there ready and waiting for him My husband gave our credit card number and took a leap of faith that all would work out wonderfullyMy husbands flight was on Monday and the driver called me on Wednesday to confirm pick up on ThursdayThe driver picked up on Thursday (couple hours late, but he called me to let me know)He inspected our brand new car and took it away The driver called my husband when he was minutes out from the address we gave him to meet up with my husband The delivery of our car didn't take as long as we were quoted, however, the car was a little dirty We chose the open transport to save a little money since it was a $difference Overall, everything worked out because we did request to have the upper level transport so no leakage or scratches, just a little dirtMy experience was more than satisfactory even though we suffered a few bumps in the road, so to speak The driver didn't tell us that the remainder balance had to be paid in cash at pickup and my husband only had his credit card on a SaturdayMy husband had to work a little magic to get the cash, but everything was perfect in our eyesCar delivered, no major issues, good communication with driver throughout our process, and my car was delivered in one piece with no damageJust a little advice, call them a week ahead of time and they will have more flexible dates and times for pick up and delivery

Investigated a lot of auto transport companies but so far ampm was the most personable, honest, and knowledgeable and I could call my shipping coordinator with any questions throughout the processMy phone calls were handled professionally and efficiently by ScottMy BMW was shipped on the first available day and delivered a day early on june Call ampm and ask for Scott, he would definitely take care of your car!

Let me start off by saying that the ONLY reason I'm giving positive rating is because of those people who helped me out from their officeThey followed up with me after my car was finally shipped to me to see if I was happy with the service, which obviously I wasn'tLong story short, I needed my car to be picked up Wednesday morning, and it wasn't picked up until the following Monday afternoonI had called the driver a few days before Wednesday and he said that would work fineThen I get a call the night before the pick up and he said he was only gonna be in Cali on Friday morningThis was very inconvenient but there was nothing I could do about itNO ONE came Friday morning, and it wasn't until Monday afternoon it was picked upI regret not asking the people at the office for a new driver but the driver should've taken responsibility for his job and I'm very disappointed about it
Be very specific with them about datesIf you need your car picked up at a certain time, make sure they know the pick up can't be delayed and if they say they can't make that time, try another carrier

Overall, the entire process was good once you get passed a few hiccups. To start things off, I was told pickup would be on Monday at 10AM so I was going to just wait for pickup and then head into work. Well, pickup never happened until 4PM (luckily I had the time to cover it.) Then on delivery, similarly, I was told it would happen at 6PM. Not so much. He was actually early this time, but with no notice. I understand, as anyone using this service should, that things happen. You can't control traffic conditions, weather, or even your own equipment at times, so communication is key. Anytime I had a question regarding my transaction, they were quick to respond and both friendly and professional in their answer. As well, and I feel the best part of the whole ordeal, they treated my vehicle like it was their own. Not a scratch on her and in just the shape she was when I had placed my order.

My driver Jack was very careful to inspect the car, loaded and checked everything before leaving the pickup location. Shipment lasted 5 days and he called me every day to provide updates. Jack delivered my 2014 Acura RLX to Austin, TX with no issues. The one element I did not enjoy was that we did have to drive a short distance to retrieve the car but that was expected since we live in a small community.

I want to thank also my shipping coordinator Scott who contacted me very promptly and follow up during the whole process. Overall, I am so satisfied with their service. Honestly I had some initial fears reaching out to auto transporters as it was my first time to ship a car and had heard a lot of bad stories damaged vehicles but it seemed they have great team with workers who work professionally.

They were straight forward without beating around the bush! I arranged the pickup before my brother's military move. I was a bit worried because my salesperson said we might not know exactly when the vehicle would arrive. During the next few weeks I called to find out if the status of the arrival date had been. However he didn't know. As the weeks wound down to days before his move was scheduled I finally got an email with the whole info of the driver. Pickup was scheduled on Thursday and the delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday.

I was a bit worried about the delivery as well since it was set two days before he was set to arrive at his new duty station. However, the driver got the car shipped on the day he got there. Overall there was no damage to the car and everything worked out well.

A good friend and I have been planning an epic vacation to California for a long time. We don't have the opportunity to vacation very often (much less together) and really wanted to visit as many places as possible within the time we had. Being from the east coast, we both knew it would be a while before we returned to the area.

Unfortunately, traveling from Los Angeles to Yosemite National Park and several other spread out destinations on our timetable created a logistical nightmare without a car. The best option was to bring my own car to Los Angeles. Not wanting to waste the extra time or energy it would take to drive my own car from NY to LA, I looked into getting it shipped by ampm auto transport and found their staff to be friendly and informative on the phone.

My friend and I planned to fly to LA on May 13th so I asked them to schedule the delivery of my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek by the same date. Not only were they were able to get my car shipped to LA earlier, by May 11th, they stored it in their yard with no fees until I arrived in-state to pick it up. I was pleased to see the car was still in excellent shape since I choose to ship the car in an open carrier to save money, not an enclosed one.

I took advantage of their free quote option and I was happy with that. My sales rep Scott was young and had a lot of energy, plus their truck driver was friendly. His quote was the cheapest that I had seen online because I did a couple of others. They called ahead of time to let me know day and around what time would pick-up/delivery my 2013 Chevy Malibu. If you need to get a hold of them and they don\'t answer, leave a voice message and they will call you back shortly (10-15 mins max). Scott told me the vehicle was going to be picked up on Friday but my car was picked early Saturday morning at 10 am. There was a minor delay due to truck problem (a day), but Scott was able to store the vehicle foe me at no additional charges so it wasn\'t a issue The final cost was whatever Scott gave me and he shipped it directly to my door in Dallas. Honestly, I don\'t really have anything bad to say about these guys. If any of my friends are shipping their cars they wouldn\'t even have to do any research online to find a reliable shipping company to deal with. I would just tell them to go straight with Scott and save their time.
