They say 24/service but they don't mean it called on Memorial day Sunday, next service is Tuesday

We bought a garage door three months ago and this company was supposed to install itWe had someone come out to inspect and had duct work moved shortly after so we could have it installed as soon as possibleWe've waited and heard nothing until a week or two ago, they were supposed to come out yesterday to install and nothingWe can't get in contact with them, we haven't received any calls or messagesThree months and nothing has been done
