Review: I was getting gas at Arco gas station at 707 E. St Marysville CA 95901, [redacted], on Tuesday September 1st of 2015, around 11:30 to 3:00 pm. I gave the cashier an older gentleman a hundred dollar and said pump #1, because someone was at front of me on pump #3, I couldn't reach the gas pump, suddenly they left and I pulled forward to pump #3 and went inside to let the cashier know I am at pump #3. He said I moved you to pump #3 go ahead. I got about $60 and some in change, about 22 and some in gallon of gas at price a gallon of $2.699, closed the cap on my truck and left. About 11pm I was talking to my wife and suddenly I remembered I didn't get the rest of my money back. I called the Arco at 11:40 pm and talked with a female person and let her know what has happened, she said that she has heard about it and gave me the name [redacted] and said he is the manager and he will be in tomorrow Wednesday September 2nd at 11 am. I called September 2 at 11:14 am and talked with someone that said he was [redacted] and said that he will look into it. He called me back at 12:22 pm and said no one has given them a $100 dollar bill between those hours may be a different store; I said I am sure I was there. I called back at 2:12 pm and talked with a female, she said she is a manager and her name is [redacted], said what pump and I said pump #3, she said oh [redacted] didn't check pump 3 did you let him know it was pump 3, I said yes, she said I will let him know but he is talking his wife for doctors appointment in San Francisco and he will get back to you on Friday, I mentioned that they also could check the cameras to see I didn't go in to get the change back, she said we have no camera! [redacted] also said, [redacted] is the only man that works there and you must have gave him the money and the person you talked to had no right or liberty to give you any information. No one called so on Sunday September 6th, I went to Marysville, I went to the store two females were behind the counter, I asked which one is [redacted] and one identify that was her, so I said it was me that called about the money, she was surprised and become rude and said it's between you and [redacted] and he is the owner, I said could you give me the name of the district manager, she said [redacted] own this place and has nothing to do with Arco and just sales their gas. I said he has not called me could you call him! She started shutting and asked me to leave, I said fine but I am going to take some pictures from outside to show my trucks position when I got gas, she said you can't I am going to call cops I said please do and went outside she came out and warned me again I said thanks. I was in my car getting ready to leave when officer [redacted] showed up, I explained what was going on, she said it is public property you can take pictures but they can refuse service I said fine, she looked at my I.d. and said a record of this would be here for your info, I said thanks and left. I stopped at another Arco gas station and discuss this matter, I was told this happens all the time and its easy to verify,(there are a lot of ways) and at list they get a hundred dollar in an hour, and they have heard a lot of complains from that store.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money.

Review: Their pay at the pump machine malfunctioned and my money not credited or returned. The business refused to return my money, although I did enter the business and file a complaint.

WE GET THESE KIND SITUATIONS WHEN A MACHINE MALFUNCTIONS,CUSTOMER FOGETS TO PUMP GAS OR TO COLLECT CHANGE DUE BACK.WE GO AFTER OUR CUTOMERS TO LET THEM KNOW.BUT IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE OUR COMPUTER DID NOT SHOW ANY TRANSACTION FOR $10.00

OUR CO.POLICY IS TO GIVE CUSTOMER A FORM TO FILL SO THAT WHEN THE REPORT COMES BACK FROM THE BANK WE CAN LET THEM KNOW IF MONEY IS OVER OR NOT.WE HAVE NO ACCESS TO THESE MACHINES AND MONEY IS TAKEN TO THE BANK BY ARMORED SERVICE.

THE CLERK TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE CUTOMER,BUT SHE WAS RELUCTANT TO LISTEN TO HIM.

AS A MATTER OF FACT SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO THE CLERK IN FRONT OTHER CUSTOMERS.ANYWAY THE REPORT CAME BACK FROM THE BANK SHOWING $10.00 OVER.SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER TEL# XXX-XXX-XXXX,BUT SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.YES WE DO HAVE HER $10.00.
