repairing all of the frozen broken heating pipes.After three hours of labor and materials.Restoring all heat to the home.We also stayed on the premises to inspect all of the piping for leaks approximately minutes.after preparing the invoice at $632The homeowner stated that was out rages did not want to pay that he felt it was too much moneyHe kept calling our office to try and receive a discount which we did take some money off the bill for him.approximately one hour later I received a text message from the customer saying there was water spraying out of a bleeder.I dispatched The employee back to the job.when we arrived on the job they had the bleeder closed.we were very suspicious about that because it's a special key that only plumbers Carry with themI did not charge for the call.After interviewing the technician on the job *** *** he's been with the company for years very experienced plumber.His words exactly it is impossible to leave the bleeder in the on position.at this point I have to take The position of zero liability.I could put you in contact with the technician for an interview if you'd like.Ampm plumbing has been in business for years and has never had a complaint with the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because:i called Am Pm plumbing to fix a burst pipe , which they did , wile they fixing it, they went throw out my house and bleed out all of my radiators (except one upstairs) , they left my living room radiator open , and left . about an hour later wile me and my husband were out of the house , our babysitter called us letting us know that there is hot water gushing out of our living room radiator valve , we called Am pm they came help us clean up the water and apologize profusely for there mistake , then they went down to the basement to help clean up all the rest of the water that went throw my walls down there , whan they did clean up, and again apologizing and telling me they really dont know how they forgot and it never happened before and .... but they for sure acknowledge there mistake .anyway they squeeze out the water from my heating pipes that were soaked. .these pipes are covered with asbestos and sealed with hard cast . I asked him to please be careful and should he be squeezing them so hard? as a result from squeezing of the pipes , large puncture holes and splits in the cast, exposed the asbestos which in turn leaked all over the floor and on items in the basement .of course my first priority is to take care of the asbestos . I called a company to remove and clean the damaged cast.honestly the bottom line is he did apologize and acknowledge his mistakes
, both my husband and I are self employed and I know and we know what is hard work ,we not trying to make money off him .they were very nice at the beginning , so we said that we would fix most of the damage our self even though it was a lot of water damage we only asked him to pay $250 for the asbestos removal . which I think it more then fair. he actually offered me to do an insurance fraud . I thought this is crazy for someone to offer such a thing. after I obviously refused for that I made a different phone call him and he just hung up the phone on my face .after few phone calls and massages , I decided to complain about him , in his website it says all jobs guarantee ansi just want him to take responsibility for their mistake! as for the suspicion of the key that he insinuating : the radiator key is a simple key that can be bought from the hardware store . he actually used our key to open the valve that he left open , there is one radiator upstairs with a unique key , that we couldn't open , but that`s not the issue , they came fix one thing in my house and made away bigger damage in a different part of my house .
