There was a misunderstanding in some of the correspondence and this complaint is now resolved

AM/PM used exploitative unreasonable pricing and predatory billing and collection I had an emergency situation so I called for their services after a google search In the meantime I got a hold of my insurance company who recommended nothing be done until they could inspect When AM/PM arrived, they were in the house minutes before I sent them away as a result of the advice from my insurance company They then sent me an invoice for several hundred dollars for their minutes of work I replied that I would be working with insurance company on payments, and less than a week later they threatened to increase the bill if I didn't pay immediately I replied that I was still working with insurance and that it was in bad faith for them to do this They never responded, and several days later they sent me a letter threatening to put a lien on me unless I paid immediately...this being less than weeks after the initial "service" had been done I would like to file an offici

My company has been working with AMPM Restoration for over years Our relationship is based on mutual trust and respect AMPM has always followed through on their promises I have witnessed first hand how AMPM Restoration treats their costumers They truly care for their customers and provide an excellent serviceWe have had an excellent working relationship and hope to continue for many years to come

I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak After minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $for the minutes they were at my house I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately All of us this was only weeks after the initial "services" were rendered I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner

Excellent service I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone A job I expected to take 2-weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only days and looks as good as new Highly recommend!

AM PM Restoration was a most responsive and efficient company to work withDue to necessity we had to work remotely with the technicians but they met our every need and in the minimal time promised.I would definitely use them again

Great experienceFrom evaluating the damage to finish, all work done extremely well and what’s most important, on time!! Cannot be happier and will recommend AM/PM to everyone!!

This company had a great response time, worked quickly and efficiently to get everything put back the way it was before the loss occurred

him with placing the lien, as you could see from correspondence. You
will not find there any threats. He just plainly does not want to pay

After a water damage situation I was seeking information to understand my options. I was able to reach a customer service representative after hours. He was very helpful in reviewing my situation and offering advice. Based on our conversation I feel that this company is highly professional and really knows their stuff. I really appreciate the time they took over the phone to review specific questions and offer guidance.
