A.M. Powell Jr Septic Tank Services

Mr. [redacted] refuses to issue me a refund for the services that he improperly performed. Mr. [redacted] came to pump the septic tank out along with another employee a couple of weeks ago. He dug a little until he could get his hose in the tank. Mr.[redacted] stated that he could not pump it out on both sides because the line was clogged. He dug a little more but never found the line. He charged $200.00 and left without resolving the problem. No receipt was given. My septic tank ran over once again in less than a week.I called the office and asked for a refund and they stated that one would not be given. I am senior citizen on a fixed income. Desired SettlementI would like the $200.00 I paid Mr. [redacted] to be refunded back to me.
