I am rejecting this response because: I have not seen my refund as of yetIt will be resolved when I do receive paymentAlso, I am very unhappy with A&M properties and how they have treated meI do not think his response regarding working on behalf of the condo association is adequate - if they are inspecting move in/move out and responsible for deciding if the deposit is cashed, not taking direction from condo associationAs I stated, when I receive payment this will be unhappily resolved.

*** *** is unfortunately incorrect on many points.A&M Properties does not manage the unit he lived in and moved out of. A&M manages the condominium association for the building. We report to and take direction from the Association Board of Directors. All business
conducted in the building by A&M is on behalf of the condominium association.Please see the attached refund payment information. First and foremost, the payment has been issued. Second, all payments from the Association need to be approved by the Board of Directors. They are owners in the community volunteering their time. *** tried to explain the refund process to *** *** as did I. Neither *** nor I ever called *** *** a liar. I never told *** *** that he isn't an important issue. I simply requested that he follow up with me if he did not receive his payment within a specified timeframe. I explained that we have many homeowners in our portfolio and that I could not promise a follow up call to him.We were performing our duties regarding the move-in/out process as dictated in the governing documents of the condominium association. And, again, as you can see, the requested refund has been processed. I explained that the payment required another approval from the board of directors. *** *** did not accept the information I was giving to him. I'm sorry that he was not patient enough for the process to play out. Thank you
