The gentlemen was quoted $175.00 for the Emergency After Hours Services and he never complained at the time of the service about any pricing difference. The...
first we heard about any pricing questions was over two(2) months later and after the new window project was completed and paid in full. We told him at that time, that our Minimum After Hours Charge is $175.00 and has been for over three(3) years and prior to that, are minimum charge was $150.00. We have signed bill heads where he signed for both services and no complaint was indicated on either of those receipts. Copies of those receipts are available per request. We will be happy to send him a lien waiver and we can either send via U.S. Mail or email or both. If he would like it emailed, we would need his email address. Please advise how he wishes to receive the lien waiver.

When I contacted them to come out and board up the window. The man was very specific and repeated $135 multiple times to board up the window. When the job was finished he requested $175. I told him what we were quoted but there was nothing further I could do. He demanded I pay the $175. I asked for a lien waiver and he didn't have one and still have not furnished one. I still have a complaint with them because they have not furnished a lien waiver nor refunded the difference.

04/28/15: ([redacted]) I have not had a chance to check out my telephone conversation with Mr. [redacted] as I lost my password and I am in the process of getting another one. I will not be available next week as I am on vacation. If you can give me a call in two weeks (Tuesday, May 12), I will have a decision regarding the refund of $40.
05/19/15: ([redacted]) The owner asked me to send Mr. [redacted] a check for $40. I will get the check in the mail by the end of this week.
