I purchased dress and shoes from this company, but they returned the shoes complaining that it was not in the condition they sent me. However, I told them that they sent it to me USED. I think it's disgusting to send people USED and stained products and their services did not meet my expectations. I sent the products back to them as soon as I received them because I was very unhappy. I felt like they had ignored my comment that they gave me stained shoes. I don't think it would be worth sending back the shoes since they don't pay any of the shipping charges incurred from all the transactions. I will tell everyone I know not to buy from this company. I don't understand why their reviews are so high.
