The worst experience I've ever had with any car lot ever. The receptionist is unhappy, Hella rude, a sad person.
I wouldn't recommend this place if they were giving cars away. It's all one big scam. I thank GOD I only have fourteen payments left to be done with this place. They sold me a limon had to replace Transmission, fix ac , had an electrical problem. I have Receipts to prove it. Just look at all the other reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way bad cars, bad attitude. Receptionist needs to go very very very rude. She makes everything worst when you try to call to make payments she gives you attitude n asks personal questions. Like I have payment no need for you to be all In my personal business. She argued with me on more then one occasion.

My payment was due on [redacted]. On [redacted] the company called my wife's place of employment and left a very detailed and threatening message on her work voicemail. This is against the Fair Collections Act and is also being filed with the FTC and State of Texas Attorney General as this is illegal. I called to speak with the manager and was told that the owner is the manager and that he would not speak with me. The person who called, [redacted], was the [redacted] and the ultimate authority and is able to speak to customers in any manner she wanted and was able to leave whatever message she deemed appropriate.
