Review: Blackout shades were install by A & M Window Fashions Inc with warranty on operation.Shade operation became inoperable with time thus needing to be repaired.A & M pulled out defective shade and verbally agreed to replace it.Have not heard back from A & M on timeframe to replace shade.Repeated phones calls and messages left to owner of A & M have resulted in no information thus seeking a third party to intervene to resolve matter.Matter has been unresolved for about a month now.Desired Settlement: would like the blackout shade replaced within a timely matter.
