WARNING to those who are considering purchasing the teeth whitening product entitled *** *** and "Spark Whitening" on the internet These two companies are located at the same street address and suite in Henderson NV The on-line advertisement states the product costs $plus $shipping DO NOT DECEIVED by this advertisement!!! In the bowels of the terms and services agreement there is a statement that basically says that if you do not cancel within days, your credit card will be charged $ I stupidly clicked on the agreement assuming the terms and service agreement was the boilerplate expections This practice, in my opinion, is extremely deceitful It took 15-minutes to get their telephone representative to cancel the $transaction, but I had to return the product ON MY OWN DIME I am filing this complaint in hopes that you will not have to go through the maddening cancellation process I just went though
These people are rip off artists they send you product you don't order then they tell you they have a easy return policy but when you try to return the product they tell you your time has expired and if you don't cancel they will keep sending you product
