We have had other wisp providers in our area prior to ama and the service speeds were non-existent after a month or soIn both cases it was always an issue with the "backhaul" set up which is the flow of data between the towers and the wired points and beyondBoth of those other companies refused to upgrade their service or equipment and we terminated serviceAma has been the polar opposite of thatThe longest that we have been down is an hour or so to date and the speeds always are at or very near the ones we are paying forThat they honored our sign up bonuses and the friend referral bonuses on top of great on line service is crazy good and so as of this writing I would highly recommend this company for internet service in a rural area

This is by far THE WORST internet provider I've ever hadTheir service is horrible it's off more than it is onThe service goes out for hours sometimes daysWhen you call their so called tech support all you get is lame excuses and liesThey blame others for their inept service (Example) When called about outages they lie and say that it's Windstream or whoever they get service fromThey will tell you that " We've been calling Windstream every minutes" or most recently they said " The FIRE wire which is buried underground has been cut" If you look up firewire you'll see that it's a cord for plugging in devices into your computerFurthermore when you lose internet service you also lose all phone service as wellOn a scale of 1-I would give them a Minus and that's being generous at bestI would never ever recommend this company to anyone

This is by far THE WORST internet provider I've ever had. Their service is horrible it's off more than it is on. The service goes out for hours sometimes days. When you call their so called tech support all you get is lame excuses and lies. They blame others for their inept service (Example) When called about outages they lie and say that it's Windstream or whoever they get service from. They will tell you that " We've been calling Windstream every 30 minutes" or most recently they said " The FIRE wire which is buried underground has been cut" If you look up firewire you'll see that it's a cord for plugging in devices into your computer. Furthermore when you lose internet service you also lose all phone service as well. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a Minus 10 and that's being generous at best. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.
