Review: We purchased our Sheetmetal software "Fabriwin" from this company and they had to help get it going. It does what it's supposed to do but sometimes I have to reinstall it due to computer issues or upgrades. Every time I have to install it there is always something that isn't working right so I have to have them get it working correctly. Most other software works after installing so I don't have any issues with them such as Microsoft, Solidworks or Adobe. But this company's product always has to be set up just so and every time I call them they want to charge me $150 or buy there service contract for $1500/year. I can understand if I'm trying to learn the software and get pointers, but why should I have to pay just to get their program working. I'm fluent in the program and don't need help working the software so why should I have to pay again and again after paying close to $4000 for the software originally. I think this is like stealing. Forcing their customers to keep paying just to get their software up and running.Thank you for your help and hopefully there can be some adjustments on their end.What is my next step?Desired Settlement: They should be able to assist me in getting their software working without me having to pay every time. I just had a virus on my computer and had to reload windows which I'm sure everyone has to do occasionally and it's not my fault. Having to deal with this company after going through and reinstalling all my programs just makes me furious.
