Review: To The NYC Revdex.com: June **, 2013 I was legally advised to file this complaint on Amadeus Piano. Your Revdex.com has them listed as an F rating because this company does not respond to your Revdex.com, that is correct, they do not even to their customers, or alleged customers. A law firm in Florida, by the name of [redacted], Law Firm, [redacted] allegely arranged to have Amadeus Piano remove my 100 plus year old Estey Pinao & Bench, this was without my authorization. The piano & bench was removed for [redacted]. Once I learned of this, I called Amadeus Piano, firslty spoke to [redacted], who was of no assistance. I was given a person by the name of [redacted], who was very very rude to myself, he had a slovick accent. I asked about my piano & bench, that was removed by [redacted] Law Firm, [redacted] refused to send photos of my property, refused to send me an invoice, when I was told it would be $65.00 per month to rent by [redacted] Law Firm. I requested insurance as well on my property from this [redacted]. [redacted], very very rudley stated, ' You go to Court to get piano bench back, it is stolen, I am not afraid of any lawyer or the police". slammed the phone down on myself. I never received my photos,. invoice for the $65.00 monthly billing, I never received insurance information, onyt rudeness and threats. I received a fax, not by US Mail, from [redacted], on June 14,2013, with additional threats in regards to my property. Now I am being demanded to give my credit card informaiton for auto billing each month, if I do not I am charged $50.00 per day for not producing my credit card info, I am now being demanded to pay $165.00 per month, $100.00 more then [redacted] told me the rental stoprage fee would be. I am demanded or ordered to sign a contract, if I do not again I will be charged $50.00 per day penalty. I am faxing as well the fax I received form this company to your BB to support my complaint. The NYC Police as well advised I file this complaint to your Revdex.com. I have tried to get my property since 2012, now because of [redacted], [redacted] and his son, [redacted] caused this sevre problem for myself via Amadeua Piano Inc. Please file this complaint. Thank you.Desired Settlement: You want Michael at Amadeus Piano to send current digital photos, to prove it is there, produce an insurance company to use to get insurance, the original billing was for $65.00 not $163.00 each month. I want a signed affidavit by Amadeua Pinao that my piano & bench is at Amadeus Piano that my piano & bench are allegly there, as the Personal Representative [redacted] who assisted [redacted] Law Firm on this move of my property, which I never authorized. I wanted it to be stored on Staten Island, with I company I wanted not what [redacted] Law Firm or this PR wanted. Thank you

Thank you for the follow up. I am an Heir in my late Mother Estate, the law firm and the PR on the Estate sold the home. I had made provisions for a Staten Island paino company to remove and store it. The law firm took it upon themselves aloing with the PR to remove it without my authorization, I would have never authorized Amadeus Piano .

My Attorney advised me to file this Revdex.com complaint.
