I am rejecting this response because: The parts new or remanufactured is not the problem hereThe problem is my vehicle had an accident, it needed to be inspected and fixed, you saw an obvious busted tire, wheel, hubyou are accredited by [redacted] and you somehow missed the bent axle, damaged engine cradle and busted skid plates? What if after we got the jeep back, the engine just fell out while I was driving down the road on the way home? Then it would be a lawsuit, not a complaint! The vehicle according to the insurance company was totalled and you only assessed $in damage for one wheelI don't want money from youBut I don't want people to think your good at what you do, because your not, as a companyMaybe an accreditation is not what I presume it to beMaybe I will call [redacted] about thatI just don't want others to fall victim to half assed work that was performed or poor evaluation to be more accurate and direct
