Amador Seamless Raingutters

Review: This complaint is about the lack of integrity and sheer negligence to customer service we have been experiencing from Amador Seamless Raingutters for the last 2+ months. In early 2014 we had Amador Seamless Raingutters install gutters with downspouts and leaf guards on our place. During the summer of 2015 we had a deck installed. During installation of the deck our contractor had to remove three of our gutter downspouts to attach the framing for to the side of the structure. The deck was completed in late August 2015. To have the downspouts reinstalled they needed to be angled so they'd go to the side of the deck framing. Unfortunately this tweak to the downspouts wasn't something my contractor nor I could do. I began calling Amador Seamless Raingutters in mid September, since they installed the gutters, for an estimate to reposition the downspouts. Today is December 1, 2015 and to this date I have not received a single return phone call from Amador Seamless Raingutters. Late in September during one of my attempts to contact Amador Seamless Raingutters I did get the chance to speak to a person that actually answered the phone. She told me [redacted](the owner) was busy because of the Butte fire that had happened earlier in the month. I told her I understood. My frequency of calls was maybe once a week with a few weeks skipped here and there because life is busy. I do get that. Anyways, I was told I'd hear from [redacted] and to this date still not a single return call. Very discouraging. Very rude. I feel Amador Seamless Raingutters was great till the check we paid them with was cashed and now they can't be bothered by us.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] could find time in his busy schedule to look at our little job that would be great. We are sorry this situation has come down to this but again the lack of integrity and sheer neglect to customer service has pushed us to this point.
