To whom it concerns,
On November 2nd 2015 , 1-800-GOT-JUNK? went back to finish job on $58.00 TV sale, Mr. [redacted] paid cash for services. He told us at the door that we were good and he would not file a complaint.
The TV of concern...
normal cost would be $198.00, Since he was told over phone from our national call center it would be $58.00 we completed service. We always inspect item in person before we remove. Adjust price if needed. Never do we promise over phone a price. The Call Center agent has been reminded of this and we are taking steps to further coach him on his job.
