Review: I have been having this problem with this restaurant for over one year. I dined there before (in 2012). They kept my credit card on file and have associated it with another patron. Whenever that patron orders, they charge my card. When it initially happened, I called the restaurant. They were apologetic and said they were going to erase my credit card from their system and they offered me a refund. The second time that it happened (about two months later), I called again and this time they would not offer my a refund. I was ok with that AS LONG AS they guaranteed me that it wouldn't happen again. About 6 months after that, it happened again. I was more annoyed and they say they don't know how this is happening. They would not offer a refund either. That was back in the Fall of 2013. Now, it's happen again (last week). I have not called them. Not sure what to do.Desired Settlement: The last charge was only $34 and I'm o.k. if they cannot offer a refund (although it would be nice), I just don't want my credit card on their system so they can never charge it again. It's an Amex ending in [redacted]. The latest charge took place on 2/** and it was for $34.45. Thank you.
