A week before my mother pass away my brother when to the cementery to get hings starter we knew you was very sick. He took the contract and talk to JosueGonzalez. First he couldnt find our file. two days later they call him the found our file and that everything was ok. That as soon as my mother pass away all we had to do was let them know. On saturday 15 at 5:45AM our mother pass. Later that same day we call him and he told us he was off that day to go sunday at 9AM. We get the and at 9. He took us to an office ans ask us to wait so he could get our file. After 1 hour and 20 minutes he coo give him some time to find it. We left and waited for his call. Around 3 PM that same day he call us and tell us that we cant use it unless we paid $795 and we have to wait until monday that he supervisor was back to authorized it. Since I had use the service before when my father died 9 years ago and my daughter die 21 years ago. When they buried my daughter 21 years ago she was a baby and they buried her directly on the ground without the cement chamber. When my father died I did the same thing I went there a week before to see what need it to be done same thing they told my it was ok. My dad pass away I go to cementary to sigh the papers they told me I could not use it because the have to remove my daughters remains first and build the cement chamber and that would take at least a week. They charge me over a $1000 so I could buried my father on a niche and later he was remove and buried on my plot. When they open the ground to remove my daughter there was nothing left is has been 13 years. what was left it was put inside the same chamber as my father. I explain that to Josue but he didnt believe me they had to open it to see that I had a empty chamber for my mother. I was upset an so was my brother when another person the we were paying the $791 the charge me started screaming at us that she was pregnat an we were upsetting her and she call the police on us. We finally buried my mother on monday but the experience and service was the worse I have ever live my entire life. First 9 years ago with my father and now with my mother. I promise myself NEVER EVER to visit that terrible place.
