I just wanted to start by apologizing to [redacted] for any discomfort or any distress he experienced in our dental office ..we are always striving to provide the most comfortable dental experience we could provide I do see lots of patient on daily basses and I don't remember the details he did explained I did try to reach for him many times to meet in person and explain and apologize to him in person please let me know if you have his email or updated phone number to do so I would love to refund his money back to explain about the fees when we do send claim to the insurance we send our customary fees which always would be shocking because it is on the high side but since we are contacted with the insurance companies it would not matter how much we charge we always get our contracted fees like in his case even though the total chargers were around dollars customary fees we just collected around dollars only for his visits this is not high at all he knows and his brother one of my best friends [redacted] that we see lots of our community patient (Somali Population ) we dont in any way or shape disrespect or look down at our patients this not not part of our teaching please forward my apology to him please have him directly contact me and I will make sure we get his refund and apologize in person thank you
