Disappointed in longevity.
I have an Amana furnace and A/C heat pump.it is 11 years old. I assumed that you should get 15 years out of a system. I got blindsided and told I have to replace entire unit. Over $8000.00. I am still in shock.

The company that installed the heating unit cannot fix the problem. Therefore we need GOODMAN to replace this unit with a new unit.

The heating system installed before this past summer shuts down the heat constantly.

The installer has tried to repair it but the system continues to shut down.

We have to turn the switch off many times and start the unit up again. This could go on 10 times during the day.
