Sent: Wednesday, January 11, 10:PMSubject: Regarding Case # [redacted] To whom it may concern, I was very surprised and disappointed when I saw the complaint letter regarding customer Carli ***The content of her complaint was based on lies and falls information; I’m unsure why a contractor would receive payment on incomplete workBefore I tell you what occurred I just want to make it clear that we are a family business who treats customers with care, dignity and respectAlso- we make sure to never leave customers unless they are entirely satisfied with the workWe have an excellent reputation among our customers and you can see that on our website and reviews Regarding the mirror frames: Based on the contract we had with Miss Carli [redacted] we were required to build and install two mirror framesWe made the frames, painted them and she had them in her garageThe reason I have not installed them is because the frames are just decorative pieces and the mirror company (the mirror company she called and I have nothing to do the with mirror it was not in my contract) installed wall clips to hold the big heavy mirror, and in order to install the mirror I have to remove these clips or else the mirror will fall downI told her many times if we remove the clips that hold the mirrors it will fall down and I don’t want to put myself and my guys at risk for that When she called the mirror company the first time to install the mirror they came and did just thatTwo weeks later when we were ready to install the vanity top, the mirror fell down because the company installed the mirror without clips to hold it in placeMy team and I cleaned the place from the broken and sharp pieces of mirror although it was not our business to do soAfter that, she called the mirror company and they came back to install another one and this time they installed the wall clips to hold the mirrorsMy total charge to make and install the two frames mirror was $I don’t know how she came up with $to hang two frames (it took min to install them)Shower Valve As a contactor and the way we do business, usually we ask our customer to provide us with light fixture, door nubs, shower faucet because this is based on their taste and choice and we just charge for labor to install these fixturesShe ordered the shower valve and it was one valve only (ON, OFF, Hot and Cold.) We installed the valve, handle and we finished the shower tilingWhen I tested the valve it appeared that something was wrong with itSo she instructed her friend, Phillip, to call the companySo when he contacted the company they told him that he needs another piece but they don’t have this piece because this item is no longer available it’s discontinuedPhilip explained the valve story to her, she admitted for her mistake and she said she will look for another shower valve and she will call me to come to remove the tile and install the new valve and I will charge her for it, and based on that I got my final paymentShe never called me or emailed me for the shower valve (ask her for evidence if she has email or text message)The deal was to install the shower valve based on her choice and we did our partThe malfunctioned piece from Valve Company was out my hand Other complaints In her complaint she mentioned other small stuff, again it is all informationWhen we finish the work, I personally inspect and check every small detail and based on that I receive my final paymentMy witness for all above is Philip (the customer friend)Additionally, I can send you pictures of the bathroom, the work we did was one or maybe the best we did for a master bathroomIn fact, I use the images for other customers and get many complements on the jobBest Regards Adam Amana Construction

would receive payment on incomplete work. Before I tell you what occurred I just want to make it clear that we are a family business who treats customers with care, dignity and respect. Also- we make sure to never leave customers unless they are entirely satisfied with the work. We have an excellent reputation among our customers and you can see that on our website and reviews.             Regarding the mirror frames: Based on the contract we had with Miss Carli [redacted] we were required to build and install two mirror frames. We made the frames, painted them and she had them in her garage. The reason I have not installed them is because the frames are just decorative pieces and the mirror company (the mirror company she called and I have nothing to do the with mirror it was not in my contract) installed wall clips to hold the big heavy mirror, and in order to install the mirror I have to remove these clips or else the mirror will fall down. I told her many times if we remove the clips that hold the mirrors it will fall down and I don’t want to put myself and my guys at risk for that.  When she called the mirror company the first time to install the mirror they came and did just that. Two weeks later when we were ready to install the vanity top, the mirror fell down because the company installed the mirror without clips to hold it in place. My total charge to make and install the two frames mirror was $150.00. I don’t know how she came up with $350.00 to hang two frames (it took 5 min to install them). Shower Valve  As a contactor and the way we do business, usually we ask our customer to provide us with light fixture, door nubs, shower faucet… because this is based on their taste and choice and we just charge for labor to install these fixtures. She ordered the shower valve and it was one valve only (ON, OFF, Hot and Cold.) We installed the valve, handle and we finished the shower tiling. When I tested the valve it appeared that something was wrong with it. So she instructed her friend, Phillip, to call the company. So when he contacted the company they told him that he needs another piece but they don’t have this piece because this item is no longer available it’s discontinued. Philip explained the valve story to her, she admitted for her mistake and she said she will look for another shower valve and she will call me to come to remove the tile and install the new valve and I will charge her for it, and based on that I got my final payment. She never called me or emailed me for the shower valve (ask her for evidence if she has email or text message). The deal was to install the shower valve based on her choice and we did our part. The malfunctioned piece from Valve Company was out my hand.   Other complaints  In her complaint she mentioned other small stuff, again it is all false information. When we finish the work, I personally inspect and check every small detail and based on that I receive my final payment. My witness for all above is Philip (the customer friend). Additionally, I can send you pictures of the bathroom, the work we did was one or maybe the best we did for a master bathroom.
