I have been disappointed at every turn with Amanah Tech. initially AmanahTech took over our old host ***. They did not honour the billing cycle of my old account so I had to pay twice for some months. Throughout my service there were many technical problems, especially with Email. Also when sites went down. In these cases I was not satisfied with customer support. I have finally moved to another host and had to pay for an extra month due to the policy to provide 1 month notice. After receiving a confirmation that my service will end July 31, I received a new invoice on August 7 for the month of September!

As you are aware, your previous provider *** shutdown their business
and moved your server to us in Jan 2017.
We contacted all *** clients with the option to host with Amanah and
explained our SLA.
When we took over the clients, all the work and cost involved to migrate them
was on us. We also informed all *** clients that *** did not forward
any customer payments they had previously received.
We provided you with service & support for the last 32 months and on June 28
2019 you requested to cancel.
You received a cancellation confirmation informing you of our one calendar month
notice policy, you did not express any concerns.
Our one calendar month cancellation policy is similar to the 30 day policy
required by most providers.
July 2019 was your last month and on July 3rd 2019 we removed your credit card
from our system.
As we have explained before our billing system is automated and does send
invoices in advance to provide ample time to clients to review the charges prior
to being billed.
We sincerely apologize for problems that you encountered and we wish you a
pleasant experience with your new provider.
