The client is unreasonable and now texting me drunkShe is being very rude and I assure you we did a wonderful job and everything she is saying is totally invalid!

I am rejecting this response because: This is an absolutely ridiculous response, I did try to message ***, all she did was the same both accusing me of being drunk, as well as telling me: "Maybe I should have not bought a house I cannot afford" First of all, how in the world do you know what I can or cannot afford? second of all, what business is what I can afford of yours? you most certainly were paid, and over paid for the job you did not do at thyat, Third of al, what does that have to do with your lack of performing any proper cleaning. Fourth and Last how dare you accuse me of being drunk, if I texted poorly, it is because I didn't have my glasses, and I have a fractured leg at the moment so it was difficult to get up and get them. Wowjust wow. Both unprofessional, rude, and just how dare you? I don't know who you think you are. I also have witnesses as to the lack of cleaning, and the list I posted, in response, The painters that I hired, a few days after, actually had to clean the cabinets and baseboards, etc themselves, in order for their painting tape and covering to adhere to the wood, etc. They also did a cleanup afte5r painting, which was far better than anything the *** Joy Cleaning Company did I am finished here. We cleaned for [redacted] and she absolutely loved our work so much that she tipped us. She stayed the entire time and watched us clean and refused to turn on her AC and it was 95 degrees in her home. We spend 4 hours with 5 of us. It was perfect when we left.

I am rejecting this response because:
I absolutely screamed at no one. I did express my deep disappointment with the lack of punctuality of the business generally, as well as the no-call no-show of the owner. We do have text messages which specifically provide exact times that we were told people would be here for both days. Incredibly, after hanging up on me, "Amanda Joy" texted my husband to tell him that she had a reason for not being at our house at 9:30 AM as promised (without any explanation as to why she didn't contact us sooner about that reason). When my husband told her that we were nonetheless disappointed with the lack of respect we, as customers, have received from her "company", and told her about our Revdex.com complaint, she responded by saying "ok I don't work for a--holes anyway." I say "company" because it does not appear that Amanda Joy Cleaning is registered with the Ohio Secretary of State. The text my husband accidentally sent to her was about the timing of the initial crew- that their tardiness was going to cause him a scheduling problem. Prior to responding to my complaint, my husband sent Amanda Joy pictures of the uncleaned parts of the house. She immediately apologized and told him she would issue a refund. Some hours later, she told him, after calling him a derogatory name and insulting his wife, that she would prefer to come back to the house to finish the job- the thing she was supposed to have done on Monday, before any of this happened. To be honest, we are both uncomftable with that prospect now.In regards to the state of the house- yes it was dirty. That's why we called a service to come out and clean. The contract specifically covered all of the house, including the parts the crew failed to address. We were quoted that the job would take around 2 hours, and the crew left well before 2 hour's time. We contracted with this company to perform a service which they didn't perform. Responding to my Revdex.com complaint, telling me that it doesn't matter that they didn't fulfill their end of a work contract, isn't going to cut it.We no longer feel comfortable having anyone associated with Amanda Joy Cleaning in our home. We insist on a refund.

Sorry you feel that way. I disagree. I offered to come out as soon as they called to re dust the master. The home was very dirty and the girls focused much of the time on the kitchen and baths. I would love to come back to make them happy. The wife did call me screaming and I don't let clients...

disrespect me. 199 was a real deal for the type of cleaning we rendered. We don't issue refunds since we will make anything right. My crew would be more than happy to come back. I should have known to walk away when the husband sent me an accidental text to me, meant for his wife.  That he was already complaining about the time. We have 300 clients and do not provide exact times.
