I put a $deposit down for the waitlist for a May mini sessionI emailed the following week asking if it is possible to refund my deposit if I am not available for the mini session and I received no replyI then was never contacted about when a mini session opening would be so I assumed there weren't any openings in May after allThe policy on the business's website claims that if there are no openings or the openings don't work with my schedule they will refund the deposit 'no questions asked'I have not received a refund for my deposit that I know ofI have tried to contact Amanda Lassiter Photography through email many times nowI have replied to the emails I received from them at the time of my purchase and I have emailed through the website 'contact me' pageI am concerned and frustrated that no one will reply to any of my emails to at least let me know they have received them and are working on it
