They delivered a cake where the topper had a hole in it's head and the back seams where the fondant was pieced together was a mess. The cursive on the sign was crooked and the owner only said I'm sorry you feel that way and refused to do a partial refund when they definitely did not do a final check on their work or they just did not care.
