Revdex.comThank you for bringing this to our attentionHere is our responseThe customer, I quote, " would like 1/2-3/of my alterations money refunded" That makes sense as there were multiple alteration tasks performed and there was not a problem with all of them That said, Amanda's Bridal & Tux immediately offered to, and did refund, the entire amount, 100%This was done even before we received this notificationShe received the refund May 24th, if you need the dateThe customer already had another seamstress lined up because of the day time constraintWe offered her the refund immediately so she could pay her seamstressWe have been in the business of making Brides happy for over years and we have been successful because we really do care We agonized over this problem because it is not the way we want to do things There were mistakes made and we took full responsibilitySadly, some comments made were not meant the way they were interpretedWe thought when she left the store that we had a meeting of minds, only after reading her reviews did we know otherwiseWe would hope that she will withdraw this complaint as we have done even more that she originally asked forWe continue to apologize and really hope that she has a great wedding and much happinessAmanda's Bridal & TuxW 52nd AveArvada, CO
