Someone has assumed my identification and this business is knowingly letting this person continue to use it. The continue to give him appointments even though I have called them and told them that is not me. I now live in California and have done so for the past six years.
I am responding to the complaint filed by Mr. ***, I spoke with him when I called to confirm the appointment that was set up in error in our system and Mr. explained to me that he had his identity stolen and had filed a report but nothing was done due to the fact that no loss of damages were made (insurance was never billed). I did advise my COO, Ms. Claudia H immediately and we did follow our protocol and we advised our billing director and made note of the incident with Mr..
We were informed that the client who presumed to be Mr. was never seen in our office, and this was why there was no billing information and/or billing insurance claims made. In short, the client never returned and our front staff was never able to reach him to the number listed.
