Amante Gourmet Pizza

Food Was Horrible, no Management present, failure to return my phone callsI ordered from Amante's Pizza in Cary, NC on October 31st, 2014 for a quick dinner. I ordered over the phone, telling them I wanted to 11.99 Large 2 topping pizza they had advertised. I also ordered to sets of Hot wings, and told them I would be there to pick it up. I realized after the fact that I was overcharged for the pizza, and the wings were horrible. They were slimy, and the sauce wouldn't stay on them. I first called on November 1st, and asked to speak with the Manager. I was told he was very busy in the back and he could call me back- I agreed and gave her my phone number. No call back. I called the next day (11/2) Manager wasn't in. I was told that the don't know when he will be in. I called back again on the 3rd, and I was told by the associate that the owner/manager wasn't in... I asked when he will be in, if hes ever at this location and she told me "Well hes the owner, so he chooses to come in when he wants to, cause hes the owner". That is unacceptable! How can you run a business and have no management! And to tell me that the owner comes in when he feels like it. So I called again the next day, and they told me no one was in today... and that they would relay my message and I would get a phone call back either by the end of the day, or the next day.. still no call. Now I am pissed. I was overcharged, the food was horrible, and I have received the worst service from this pizza place, and I don't think im ever coming back here again, not for a headache like this one!Desired SettlementI want my total order (31.76) to be refunded to me. The food, nor the service was worth the cost, and Im tired of dealing with this. I want the entire order refunded to my credit card.
